Since the triplets were born in 2004 we have been on a mission to find the best foods possible. We are not perfect parents by any stretch nor do we eat perfect either ... but we are on a quest to provide a nutritional foundation for our kids. The Kids are Born
The kids are born prematurely but healthy. YAHOO! A couple of days after they were born my heart failed ... cardiomyopathy resulting from the triplet pregnancy. This was another major factor in moving towards healthier eating habits.
I have created a blog as I find it is a great way to organize my thoughts especially when I am using multiple sources and trying to figure something out for myself. It is also an easy way for me to share what I have learned ... but this is not intended to tell anyone else what to do. This blog is for our food discovery ... not necessarily yours.
